Venturing outside!

Well, we've been staying busy and trying to get the boys outside for a bit even though it's still a little windy and cool outside. Yesterday we went for a walk around the neighborhood in the morning. Jack had his little fleece hooded sweatshirt on - one of my favorites from when Andy was little.

We're now using the double stroller (added that to our collection of 3 strollers in the garage!) and it's working out great.

This was the highlight for Andy - they were digging up dirt for a basement of a new house in our neighborhood. We stopped for a few minutes and watched them work. Andy got a wave from the guy in the front end loader (I think that's the proper name for it!) and kept talking about it for the rest of the day.
After our walk, we got Andy in to get his haircut, which he actually loves doing. He gets to sit in a little car while she cuts it, watch Dora on TV, eat popcorn from their popcorn machine afterwards, and then play on their slide and train table when he's done. What's not to love?
Here are some pics of Andy and Jack together. Andy continues to get more and more comfortable being close to Jack and now loves giving him hugs and kisses.

Jack and Andy also had more visitors yesterday! Their Great Grandma and Grandpa Dickson came to visit and have lunch with us. Jack got a really nice crocheted blanket and Andy got a car and motorcycle as a gift :)
Jack is having more and more alert times where he's just looking around taking everything in.
Andy likes watching Jack sleep and take naps. Sometimes he starts giving or taking away blankets, but overall Jack is a VERY sound sleeper and doesn't even stir.
Today we went to another park in Neenah. They did have tons of slides and swings, but Andy chose to drive this car for the entire time we were there!
Jack got some fresh air outside while we were there - a nice change of scenery for his mid-day nap.
