June Door County Trip 2011

Last weekend, we enjoyed our first trip to Door County this summer. The weather was awesome for June (although the mosquitoes were bad) and we found plenty of things to keep us busy. We visited with Grandma and Grandpa Graham, Jude, Brad, and Karissa, went to the beach, played at parks, went out to dinner & ice cream, played mini-golf, played Uno, played legos, and just relaxed. I got to go on a few bike rides with my dad and Brad which was awesome, and Chris got to go for a few runs. We watched a couple of movies too. All in all, it was a wonderful long weekend!

Emily, on the other hand, is not at the best age for the beach. If we would set her down, she would probably just try to eat the sand! But she liked being carried and putting her toes in. She also sat on the blanket and played with toys for awhile.

Jack had an awesome time in Door County. He took a few naps, but was still was so busy that after the Tuesday we got home, he slept from 3:45 pm to 7:15 am!!!!

Andy (and the rest of us) really liked playing Uno this trip. He was very good, and enjoyed making people draw cards.
