Jack's Thursday Mornings

Jack and I have been having some fun Thursday mornings while Andy is at preschool. I brought the camera along today to try to capture our different stops that we have been making.

First though, here are a couple pics from the weekend when Jack was being goofy and playing in Andy's chair..

After dropping Andy off, we got started with a run in Neenah around by the lake. Kind of cloudy today, but no rain. Jack likes pointing out the boats in the water and the geese.

Squirming to try to get out by the squirrels and the playground equipment... but we've got to get to swim class!
Post-swim class, starting to get dried off. Jack has been having so much fun in the pool. He can blow bubbles, kick his feet and scoop his hands through the water. He's also learning how to jump in to me at the count of 3 and do the back float. This was the best pic I could get, since it was just the two of us.
Ready to go for another quick car ride - lately he's been looking at his construction truck book whenever he's in the car. We stopped at the bread store for our favorite bread (cheddar garlic) and a free cookie for Jack.
Last stop before picking up Andy is the park... we usually have about a half an hour here. There's plenty to do, and Jack knows what he's headed for first...
Swing time
Then the playground. Taking a little breather here, all those stairs can really tire you out!
Through the tunnel
Getting ready to go down the slide

Wheeee!
Trying the tunnel slide
Exploring the flower garden at the park

Taking the path back to the car... time to go pick up Andy from school!
After drinking a juice box in the car and eating a few snacks on the way hoome, Jack fell asleep before we got into the driveway. Here he is, all tired out after a busy morning. Until looking at this picture, I didn't see that he had a mailtruck in his crib with him! Andy must have put it in there for Jack, I'll have to get it out of there...
We'll have to change our routine once the weather gets colder, but for now this is perfect.
