We're celebrating Christmas early with the kids this weekend, before we start our Christmas travels. On Friday, we made frosted sugar cookies. The kids were huge helpers and we had the cookies frosted in about a half an hour!
Tonight, our Christmas Eve, the kids had on their Christmas jammies and watched Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Jack made it about halfway through... at least he didn't have trouble falling asleep!
Emily is very excited for Santa to come, even though she's a little scared of him. Andy took charge of helping with the note to Santa (told Santa he couldn't come to see him at the mall because he was busy frosting cookies for him!) We sprinkled the reindeer dust outside, on the wet ground - no snow here anymore :( It's so easy to get excited for Christmas with three very excited little kids...
