3 days of school down, so far so good! September promises to be even busier than years past. All 3 kids are running cross country, Emily is also playing soccer, and Andy is also doing marching band.
Andy ran in his first JV cross country race and beat his goal (to break 24 minutes). He ran 23:13. Weather was perfect, overcast and low 70’s. The course was a bit hilly and he has a new goal to break 23 now!
Emily enjoyed one last fun day before the start of the school year and went to Bear Paw beach adventure park to play. They had lots of fun! Jack and his friend Alex came too.
Everyone’s school days went smoothly. Jack has to take the bus to the high school with Andy, because there was a French 2 issue at the middle school. But he actually really likes doing French 2 and Algebra at the high school. He gets an extra study hall mid day so he thinks that will be really useful. I’m sure school will get old quick, but I’ll take the good days while we have them!
